Accounting Assistant Needed in Örebro

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for an accounting assistant for our client in Örebro for an assignment starting immediately and lasting until August 31, with a possibility of extension. In the role of accounting assistant, you will be part of the daily financial administration and support the finance manager and other colleagues in the finance department with ongoing accounting tasks. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Ongoing accounts receivable and accounts payable, bookkeeping of incoming and outgoing payments, and account reconciliations
• Accruals, assisting with monthly closings and statistical processing
• Handling expense reporting and internal communication with other departments
• Other financial administration

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a relevant completed education in finance, or equivalent work experience
• Has basic knowledge of accounting rules and can apply them in practice; a skills test in accounting is included in the final stage of this process
• Has good knowledge of Excel
• Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work
• Has a B driver's license and a car, or another clear plan for how you will get to work as public transport is limited
• Is available for an immediate start until August 31, and open to work in the fall if an extension becomes relevant

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience with the business system Business Central
• Have previous experience working as an accounting assistant

Other information

• Start: Immediately until August 31 with a possible chance of extension
• Working hours: Full-time, 07:30-16:00 or 08:00-16:30
